Owner of BreathSpace Lowveld
I am a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher (2021) with nine years of personal practice that began in 2014. My classes and workshops are all about guiding others on a journey of mind, body, and soul — helping you reconnect to your calm, your strength, and your inner wisdom.
With a Degree in Metaphysical Sciences and a course in Mental Health from the University of Cape Town, I approach well-being in a holistic and grounded way. I’m passionate about mental health and love helping people de-stress and find a sense of peace within themselves.
I’m also a cancer survivor, having been diagnosed with late-stage Ovarian cancer in 2014 and being clear for 11 years now. That journey changed how I live and how I hold space for others — with compassion, authenticity, and deep respect for the human spirit.
Alongside Kundalini, I teach Yin Yoga, facilitate Sound Journeys in my studio, and guide deeply restorative meditations using noise-counselling headsets, where people lie in hammocks and drift into profound relaxation.
My love for Sound Meditation Journeys began during Covid, when I lived full-time on a yacht and started sharing sound experiences with other yachties. The power of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and percussion instruments became my way of bringing harmony to the mind, body, and spirit.
At BreathSpace Lowveld, I’ve created a sacred space for growth and healing — a sanctuary where sound, stillness, and movement come together to nurture balance and renewal.
This is the heart of my work, to guide you back to yourself where sound becomes medicine and silence becomes transformation.

Try and stop your thoughts. Be patient and then the kundalini will flow through you and bring about substantial changes in your awareness.
